The food we eat nourishes our physical body as well as our etheric body. It nourishes our soul along with our body.
Every food has two part one is the taste of it and the other is emotion of it.The emotion which some one prepared it with. Now you realised why “Maa ke hath ka khana” is always very special.
These are few of the things which you should never do while cooking or even eating:
Never cry, crib or get angry while cooking. If that is your current situation, calm down, have a glass of water, play some light music. Talk to someone if needed and go back only when you are feeling calmer.
Never watch, discuss or read about a negative news while cooking or eating. Mostof our family members have this weird habit of watching news or some negative or scary series. Please don’t do that. You food has the power to absorb thenegative energy
Never blame the food for making you sick, fat or unhealthy while eating, even for fun: Most of us have this habit of blaming the food for making us fat as it has fat or cholesterol. Food catches our vibration. If you are cursing your food or saying it will have a negative effect on you, it will.
Bless your food: If you remember our grandparents used to pray the food before they started eating. It was a way of showing gratitude which created abundance of food in our lives. It was a way to charge your food with positive emotions to nourish your body and soul. This is exactly we have festivals like Lohri, Pongal and makar-sankranti in our country.
Try doing this and see how positively it will affect the mood and health of your family.
